Terms of Service

Last updated 12 October 2026

1. What Postline is

Postline is a personal, non-commercial tool operated by its owner to schedule and publish the owner's own short videos to YouTube, Facebook Pages, Instagram and TikTok. It is not a public service. Only the owner's Google account can sign in, and no accounts are offered to anyone else.

2. Use of the service

  • Postline may be used only with accounts, Pages and channels the owner controls.
  • Only content the owner has the right to publish may be uploaded. The owner is responsible for that content and for following each platform's rules.
  • Postline must not be used to send spam, misleading content, or anything that breaks the law or a platform's policies.

3. Platform terms

Publishing through Postline is also governed by the terms of each platform used:

4. Data and privacy

How Postline handles data is described in the Privacy Policy. How to delete data is described on the Data Deletion page.

5. Availability

Postline depends on third-party platforms and hosting that can change or fail. Posts may be delayed, fail, or need a manual step (for example, TikTok drafts are finished in the TikTok app). Postline is designed never to publish the same post twice; when a result is uncertain it asks the owner to check instead of retrying.

6. No warranty

Postline is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost content, reach or revenue, arising from the use of Postline or of the platforms it connects to.

8. Ending use

The owner can stop using Postline at any time by disconnecting each account in the Channels page and revoking access in each platform's settings. Access may be withdrawn by any platform at any time.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated. The new version will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date.
