Data Deletion Instructions

Last updated 12 October 2026

Postline is a personal tool that stores only what it needs to publish its owner's videos: encrypted access tokens, account IDs and names, post records, and video files until they are published. See the Privacy Policy for details. There are three ways to remove this data.

1. Disconnect an account in Postline

  1. Sign in to Postline and open the Channels page.
  2. Choose the account and select Disconnect.

The account's access and refresh tokens are deleted immediately. Postline can no longer act on that account.

2. Remove Postline in the platform's settings

  • Google / YouTube: remove Postline on the Google security settings page. Stored YouTube data is deleted within 7 days.
  • Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → Postline → Remove.
  • Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites → Postline → Remove.
  • TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security → Apps and services permissions → Postline → Remove access.

Once access is removed, Postline's tokens stop working and the account is flagged as needing reconnection. Its stored tokens are then deleted on disconnect (step 1) or on request (step 3), and in any case within 30 days (7 days for YouTube).

3. Ask for everything to be deleted

Email muzammel007ali@gmail.com with the subject “Postline data deletion request” and the account or Page name. Within 30 days, all data Postline holds for that account is permanently deleted: tokens, account IDs and names, post records and logs, and any stored video files. You will get a confirmation by email when it is done.

What is not deleted

Videos that were already published live on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram or TikTok, not in Postline. Delete them on the platform itself if you want them removed.
